A brief collection of photos from Ridgewood, my old New York neighborhood, edited using the techniques described in Dithering like riso.

A nice sign on the inside of an apartment door window, reading Ridgewood.

The view down 70th Street, apartment buildings with the sun on them to the right, sidewalk in the middle, trees and cars and the road to the left.

Someone carved a Pepe-the-Frog-ish smiley face into a tree.

The sidewalk from above, up close with texture, a plant in the corner and the photographer's knee and foot barely poking into the image.

The address 6032 appears to be hand-painted onto a sign, rather than using a font like people usually do.

Note the crate-supporting-aircon situation they've got going.

Two particularly nice front doors, right next to each other.

Who is Jim Raia? And why is he back? Someone please explain.

Spray-painted on two adjacent garage doors, in huge letters, NO PARKING 24 HRS.

Edited to be a near-fluorescent orange, some shit on the sidewalk, which someone appears to have stepped in.
